Meet Capt. Newman Weaver. A Georgetown, Sc native, Newman was born to a long line of surgeons but took a different path as a fishing guide! It wasn't a bad move either, as Newman is now considered one of the best, if not the best, tarpon angler when it comes to catching them on fly in the South Carolina waters. While tarpon are his jam, he can put his clients on fish regardless of the conditions.
